I kindly ask you to help me with my problem. I 've got my high education degree eight years ago( in Siberia) . Now I am planning to continue my study. I am looking for an 'aspirantura' with the speciality 10.02.20. in Moscow ( or St. Petersburg). If anybody has any information about it, I would appreciate very much your help.
