Please pay attention to the information below.
Your corporate cards are equipped with Pay Pass (Mastercard) technology, which allows you to make contactless payments without entering a PIN-code for amounts less than 1,000 rubles.
This technology is very convenient however there is a risk of accidental payment or easy fraud if card is lost or stolen.
In order to avoid erroneous write-offs, please take into account the following security measures regarding contactless payments:
1. If you do not plan a business trip or entertainment for your convenience a corporate card can be stored in Treasury safe;
2. Be careful in public transport - a fare might be written off from your card if it is close to the validator;
3. Do not carry a corporate card in places that are easily accessible to fraudsters (trousers pockets, in the side pockets of bags, etc.);
4. Review your bank statement regularly and pay attention to SMS from bank not to overlook transactions you didn’t authorize.
In case you have found unauthorized transactions inform bank immediately by number on the back side of your card.
Please be aware amount paid by corporate card unintentionally (e.g. Moscow transport) shall be returned to the Company’s account.
