ПРИ ЭТОМ
количество обучающихся снизится с на 1,1 миллиона
То есть количество преподов уменьшат кардинально (мож кто то и посчитает, на сколько в процентах)
Вузы с признаками неэффективности (167) в 2018 отсутствуют. Все станут эффективными? Или закроют

В университете, где я работаю, полным ходом идет реформа. В конце прошлого учебного года его объединили с другим университетом на правах структурного подразделения. Разумеется, идет сокращение штатов. Одна "чистка рядов" в сентябре уже прошла, но ее оказалось мало, чтобы привести количество штатных единиц в соответствие с объемом нагрузки (так утверждает руководство). На нашей кафедре из 10 преподавателей должно остаться 3, 5. Легко догадаться, что никто не спешит закрыть грудью амбразуру. Боюсь, психологическая игра в "Последнего героя" не замедлит начаться. Благо обстоятельства этому способствуют. Руководство Вуза издало "Распоряжение" о приостановке конкурсной процедуры переизбрания преподавателей (как точно звучит не помню). Действие этого распоряжения бессрочно (пока не останется только один из нас), пардон - 3, 5 человека). Это распоряжения касается еще 14 кафедр университета. На первый взгляд, бесчеловечно, но, увы, вполне законно. Нигде не сказано, что нельзя не продлевать контракт преподавателя на следующий срок. Но все же, мне кажется, что-то не вполне законное в этом "Распоряжении" присутствует. Об абсурдности "Распоряжения" не говорю (Следуя ему, уволить могут как 80-летнего, так и 20-40 летнего преподавателя, а их и так немного у нас). Интересует, есть ли в нем что-то незаконное? Буду благодарна за высказанные суждения."

В общем, поскольку мы всё-таки в поисках постоянной работы, то у нас есть подписка на рассылку позиций по численным методам, выч.математике и т.п. Рассылка приходит раз в неделю и там печатаются объявления об открытых позициях в университетах Мира или же Постдоках и аспирантах.

Сегодня впервые натолкнулась на объявление из Российского университета. Сначала даже не поняла откуда это - Univ Innopolis.

Оказалось, что это Казанский университет набирает фул-профессоров и обычных эссистансов. Там целую группу набирают. Вот сами объявления

Удивили зар.платы (высокие) для начального уровня 100 - 130 тыс. долл в год, для фул.профессора - 170 - 200 тыс. долл в год. Там еще какие-то бенефиты (оплачиваемый отпуск, съем жилья) и 5 тыс долл. на переезд.

Еще мне интересно: а вот допустим, что иностранец клюнет на позицию и подаст заявление, его возьмут.. а вот как можно его взять на фул.профессора в России? ведь у него ни докторской (только ПхД), ни званий, т.е. он об этой системе и слыхом не слыхал.

А, вообще, прикольно...Казань впереди всех ВУЗов.. даже Московских. Я еще ни разу не видела объявлений ни из одного ВУЗа России на международных площадках.

Вышка и РЭШка участвуют в закупке профессуры на специализированных "ярмарках" за рубежом+ приглашают читать пробные лекции кандидатов+ потом что-то вроде конкурса между успешными кандидатами.

РЭШка- с самого начала, Вышка активно озаботилась этим не более года назад, хотя зарубежные преподы там и раньше были.

Точно! Про этот ВУЗ забыла. Он как-то сильно отличается от остальных.

Вышка и РЭШка участвуют в закупке профессуры на специализированных "ярмарках" за рубежом

видимо, мы на разных "ярмарках", поэтому я не видела их объявлений. У этих ВУЗов экономическая направленность. Из Вышки видела только объявления о Постдоках. Кстати, недавно вернулась с конференции, познакомились там с русскими ребятами. Один уже лет 7 живет и работает в Германии научным сотрудником. Говорит, что даже подавал в Вышку как раз на Постдока, но его не взяли правда, мы математики, а Вышке они не нужны, наверное (хотя это так странно.. вся экономика сейчас связана с мат.методами и расчетами, уж специалист по численным методам им точно должен быть нужен).

неВАКовский- это должность (профессор кафедрЫ).Берут даже неостепененных, не то , что кандидатов. Наверное, можно и без в\о пристроить.


А ВАКовский -это когда бумажки в ВАК подают, а потом на сайте смотрят, дали-не дали. На иностранцев так нельзя будет подать в реальности, ихмо.
